About These Terms

These terms apply to your use of the Tamreez Dates website and to orders placed through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and Descriptions

We take care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Dates are a natural product, so size, colour and appearance may vary slightly between batches. Gift box contents and packaging may change slightly depending on availability.

Prices and Payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and shown at checkout with any applicable delivery fees. We may change prices and offers at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation message. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when a product is unavailable or there is a pricing error, and will refund any payment made.

Delivery

Orders are delivered by partner courier companies, as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Customised Orders and Uploaded Logos

When you upload a logo or artwork, you confirm that you have the right to use it. We are not responsible for any claim arising from artwork you provide. Customised orders are made to your specification and are subject to our Refund Policy.

Corporate and Bulk Orders

Quotations for corporate gifting, events and wholesale are valid for the period stated in the quote and may be subject to separate terms agreed in writing.

Intellectual Property

The Tamreez name, logo, images and website content belong to Tamreez Dates and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction over any dispute.
