Delivery Across the UAE

Tamreez Dates delivers to all seven emirates. Your order is prepared and packed by our team, then handed to a partner courier company that delivers it to your address.

Delivery Fees

• AED 30 for chilled delivery across the UAE.
• AED 50 for Al Dhafra and Al Qua'a.

The fee for your address is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Chilled Delivery

To keep our dates fresh, orders are delivered chilled. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and store it in a cool place or refrigerate it as soon as it arrives.

Processing and Delivery Time

Orders are normally prepared within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery time depends on the courier and your location. You will receive a confirmation message once your order is on its way.

Delivery Details

Please enter a complete address and a mobile number that can be reached on the delivery day. The courier may contact you before delivery. If the courier cannot reach you or deliver the order, they may try again or contact us, and extra delivery charges may apply for a new attempt.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact us the same day on WhatsApp +971 54 481 4020 or at info@tamreez.ae with photos, and we will make it right.
